This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Beijing Huayu Huaban Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Company"), the owner and operator of the GrowerMate software and related hardware products (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). By using the Product, including downloading, installing, registering, logging in, using the software, and connecting/operating related hardware devices, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to all your usage of the GrowerMate software, including but not limited to use on various mobile devices, tablets, and other compatible devices, as well as operations and interactions with connected hardware products through the software.
To use certain features of the Product, you need to register an account. You must provide true, accurate, complete, and valid information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to keep your account and password confidential and not to lend, lease, share, or sell your account to any third party. You will bear full responsibility for any losses or damages caused by your failure to properly safeguard your account information.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that pose security risks or violate this Agreement, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Product and other users.
You shall use the Product only for lawful and legitimate purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Product for any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to infringing on others' privacy or intellectual property rights, disseminating harmful information, engaging in fraud, or unauthorized access.
You agree to use the software and hardware devices in accordance with their intended design and operational guidelines. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, disassemble, crack, or attempt to obtain the Product's source code or other confidential information. Any unauthorized modifications or usage may cause product damage, functional abnormalities, void your warranty, and you shall bear all legal liabilities and consequences arising therefrom.
You shall ensure that hardware devices connected to the Product are in proper working condition and follow relevant safety operation procedures. You shall be solely responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm caused by improper use or hardware device malfunctions.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information security. For details on how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, please read the Product's Privacy Policy carefully. Your use of the Product constitutes your consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may collect information related to your use of the Product, including but not limited to device information, usage habits, operation records, etc., to provide better product functionality and service experience, as well as for troubleshooting, product improvement, and security purposes. We will implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure your personal information is not leaked, tampered with, or misused.
All intellectual property rights in the Product, including software, hardware design, user interface, documentation, and other related materials, are owned by us or our licensors. Without our prior written permission, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, disseminate, display, sell, license, or create derivative works based on the Product.
Any data or content you generate while using the Product shall be owned by you, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, disseminate, publicly display, and distribute such data or content for the purposes of improving the Product, providing related services, and other legitimate business purposes.
The Product is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages (including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, device damage, personal injury, etc.) arising from the use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the information or services provided by the Product. The Product may be affected by various factors, such as network conditions, device failures, third-party service interruptions, etc., which may result in partial or complete unavailability of the Product's functions. We will endeavor to resolve such issues but shall not be liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by these factors.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time due to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or other reasonable reasons. The modified Agreement will be published on the Product and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Product after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you shall cease using the Product and may apply to deactivate your account in accordance with this Agreement.
You may stop using the Product at any time and apply to deactivate your account through the account deactivation function provided by the Product. Upon account deactivation, this Agreement between you and us will terminate, but we may retain some of your information as required by laws and regulations or business needs, such as for compliance reviews, financial audits, dispute resolution, etc.
If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Product immediately without notice and take legal action to hold you liable for breach of contract, requiring you to compensate for all losses caused to us.
The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mainland China.
Any disputes between you and us arising from this Agreement or the use of the Product shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Beijing Huayu Huaban Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure or delay to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy. A waiver of any breach by you shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of subsequent breaches.

(hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Company"). The Software is designed to help users conveniently connect and manage GrowerMate hardware products, providing you with an intelligent user experience.
We highly value user privacy protection and understand the importance of personal information to you.
